Art Batt for Spinning. Hand Washed and Carded Curly Ryeland Longwool with Hand Dyed Turquoise Mohair and a hint of Tussah Silk. Weight - 124g A lovely Soft and springy batt with a great staple length making it a joy to spin. My Batts tend to be hand washed and natural or hand dyed British wool. This batt is a lovely curly long wool which gives the wool a springy texture. The Mohair is hand washed and dyed.....it's super fine and blends beautifully with the Ryeland wool.....it's finished with flashed of hand dyed Tussah silk. The batts are full of texture with the odd naturally occurring new which will add a lovely texture and unique look to your projects. Of course sheep do sheep things, and Angora goats collect a great deal of grass and hay in their curls.....I try my very best to pick out any bits of grass or hay prior to washing my fleeces.....you may find to odd tiny bit if any.
